Abstract: 【】Objective: To investigate the effect of holographic principle-based copper Bian stone scraping combined with auricular point pressing in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). Methods: Ninety AECOPD patients admitted to our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group received additional holographic principle-based copper Bian stone scraping combined with auricular point pressing. The inflammatory factor indicators, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Assessment Test (CAT) score, sleep quality, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, lung function indicators, and complication rates were compared between the two groups. Results: After the intervention, the inflammatory factor indicators, CAT score, sleep quality score, and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and lung function improvement was superior to that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in complication rates between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Holographic principle-based copper Bian stone scraping combined with auricular point pressing can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms, inhibit airway inflammation, improve quality of life and sleep quality, promote lung function recovery, and demonstrate favorable safety in AECOPD patients.
