Abstract: This paper systematically proposes and comprehensively constructs the Meridian Signal Theory Model—a unified medical theory rooted in the complete theoretical system of the Huangdi Neijing, substantiated by objective evidence from modern meridian biophysics research, and technically based on a meridian frequency regulation model. This theory explicitly posits that human meridians are not anatomical structures such as blood vessels, nerves, or lymphatics. Instead, they constitute a signal transduction network characterized by specific biofrequencies, responsible for transmitting vital life information throughout the body, regulating visceral functions, switching cellular working modes, and modulating the immune and hematopoietic systems. Meridians, comprising the Mai, Jing, Luo, and Sun Luo, form a grid-like system that covers every cell, organ, gland, and muscle without exception. Acupoints are signal stations and energy switches distributed on this network, with the Sun Luo (capillary collaterals) serving as the most delicate peripheral units for signal acquisition and execution. The essence of health lies in unobstructed signals, stable frequencies, and normal order; the essence of disease lies in signal preemption, blockage, erroneous transmission, frequency distortion, or abnormal hyperactivity. Under normal conditions, cells operate in a low-power standby mode, and energy substances in the blood (Nutritive Qi, Ying Qi) circulate idly. Only upon the arrival of meridian signals are they utilized by cells—energy is activated only "upon command." This paper further proposes a frequency resonance mechanism for the interpromotion and restraint among meridians: each meridian possesses a fixed frequency. Harmonious frequencies lead to resonance enhancement (interpromotion), while discordant frequencies lead to interference suppression (interrestraint). The essence of the Five Elements' interpromotion and restraint is thus the energy flow and inhibition relationships within the meridian frequency network. Building upon this complete theoretical system, the paper deductively explores the core mechanism of leukemia: Leukemia is not merely a disease of malignant cell proliferation, but rather results from persistent, high-frequency, uncontrollable error signals generated by the hematopoietic-related meridians (such as the Governor Vessel, Kidney Meridian, Spleen Meridian, and the Sea of Marrow). These error signals lock the bone marrow into an abnormal working mode of "excessive and disordered leukocyte production." Based on this, the paper proposes a hypothesis of cross-individual meridian frequency resonance and an intervention protocol involving frequency acquisition, replication, projection, and guidance. This involves introducing external fixed-frequency signals, similar or opposite to the error signals, to mix with the internal abnormal frequencies, creating a new composite frequency field. The Yuan Shen (innate regulatory system), upon recognizing this mixed frequency, initiates self-repair mechanisms, gradually restoring normal order to hematopoietic signals. This process is entirely non-contact, non-invasive, and does not damage normal physiological pathways. The Meridian Signal Theory Model achieves, for the first time, a complete unification of classical Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern life sciences. It can comprehensively explain core concepts from the Huangdi Neijing—such as meridians, qi and blood, acupoints, spirit (Shen Qi), viscera, yin-yang, nutritive-defensive qi (Ying-Wei), and midnight-noon ebb-flow (Zi Wu Liu Zhu)—while being verifiable through modern physical experiments. Simultaneously, it provides fundamental, safe, and non-destructive new interventional approaches for leukemia, immune deficiencies, tumors, and chronic diseases. This theory represents not only a systemic breakthrough in the medical field but also a crucial scientific foundation for promoting health autonomy, dismantling health resource monopolies, and achieving universal health equity and social fairness.
