Research progress on etiology and clinical treatment of secretory otitis media

  Abstract: secretory otitis media (SOM) is a common clinical disease in otorhinolaryngology, mainly characterized by middle ear effusion and hearing loss, and often occurs in children. Relevant literatures, experiments and clinical studies on S0M at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed to summarize its pathogenesis, clinical treatment measures and drug efficacy. In order to develop a new treatment idea, to provide a basis for the treatment and research of SOM.
