Abstract: Professor Yang Zhihong is the third batch of famous traditional Chinese medicine in Shaanxi Province. He is good at treating vertigo with clinical symptoms and is good at grasping the main symptoms and secondary symptoms. His prescription is unique, ingenious and effective. This paper summarizes Professor Yang Zhihong's clinical experience in the treatment of hypertension vertigo with hyperactivity of liver yang.Professor Yang thinks that vertigo is characterized by deficiency and excess, deficiency of internal organs and essence, deficiency of Yang and deficiency of head, disturbance of brain orifices by wind, fire, phlegm and blood stasis. The treatment is based on nourishing deficiency and diarrhea. On the basis of calming liver and latent Yang, the four methods of "calming liver and clearing heat, calming wind and fire, strengthening spleen and dampness, eliminating phlegm and turbid, removing blood stasis and unblocking collaterals to reach blood vessels, supplementing qi and blood to strengthen the body and the yuan" are applied simultaneously in clinical treatment The validity of the case is expected, and a case is attached for the same purpose.
