Bibliometric Analysis of Scientific Research Output Behavior ofChinese Clinical Elite Scholars

  Abstract: It is of great significance to analyze the output behavior of high-level researchers for exploring the law of talent development and formulating talent management policy. Through resume analysis and statistical analysis, this study explored the output behavior of Chinese clinical academicians, explored the related factors of output, and also studied the influence of academician selection on the researchers output behavior. The results showed that the age range of the most productive SCI papers was 51-60 years old, and the related factors of SCI papers had no significant effect on the selection of the academicians. However, after the successful election of the academicians, the output index of the researchers increased, opportunities for international cooperation and the number of papers published as lead authors has also increased，But the overall quality of papers did not improve significantly.
