The progress in clinical application and research of three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging technology to evaluate right ventricle function

    Abstract: With the occurrence of right ventricle dysfunction,the morbidity and mortality of various cardiovascular events will increase accordingly.Accurate assessment of right ventricle function is of great value for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of patients.Due to the complex anatomy and geometry of the right ventricle,as well as its susceptibility to other factors,conventional echocardiography has limitations in assessing right ventricle function.In recent years,with the advent of three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging,it provides a non-invasive,accurate and objective basis for clinical evaluation of right ventricle function.This article reviews the clinical application of? three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging technology in the assessment of right ventricle function.
