Abstract: Based on a variety of methods, this article builds a demand indicator system for users medical and health services in online health communities, and takes users in Hangzhou as an example to carry out a questionnaire survey, using the KANO model and Better-Worse index to analyze the questionnaire data to obtain the demand attributes and prioritization sequence of demand. Put forward suggestions for optimizing medical and health services in online health communities, including classified management of various services, paying attention to young user groups, improving demand feedback mechanisms, and improving the quality of service personnel.
