Abstract: Based on the social technology system theory and the trust process model, this paper establishes a process model of patients distrust of doctors in online health community, and makes an empirical study on the model to explore the influencing factors of patients distrust of doctors in online health community, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to provide a theoretical basis for alleviating patients distrust of doctors in online health community in China. The results show that lack of social support, negative eWOM , lack of structural assurance and poor interface design have significant positive effects on distrust beliefs (malevolence, incompetence and deceit), while distrust beliefs and distrust tendencies have significant positive effects on distrust, and distrust will have significant effects on discontinuance intention.
