  Abstract: Based on the self-efficacy theory and the PPM model, build a framework model of elderly users’ medical and health service transfer intentions and put forward corresponding hypotheses, and use questionnaire survey methods to conduct empirical analysis to verify hypotheses and make relevant recommendations, increase and improve online medical platforms in promotion Mechanism, service mechanism and pricing mechanism.
