Abstract: Objective To guide the convenience of the people and benefit the people as the goal, to promote the evaluation, to promote the use of evaluation, improve the level of informatization and intelligence of Internet mobile applications in medical institutions, and promote the balanced development of mobile applications. Methods This paper analyzes the construction and management of Internet mobile application in medical institutions in Beijing by multi-dimensional scientific evaluation method, introduces the evaluation scope, method and index system, analyzes the evaluation results and puts forward suggestions. Results The development of mobile applications in tertiary medical institutions is accelerating, but the development is not balanced. Mobile applications generally remain in the registration, payment and query stages. Medical institutions with different business characteristics adapt to local conditions. Conclusion We should clarify the positioning of mobile applications, establish business norms and standards, strengthen the in-patient and post-treatment services, pay attention to details, and incorporate Internet mobile applications into the overall planning of hospital intelligent service construction, so as to promote the convenience of information and benefit the people.
