Abstract: This paper explores the design concept of performance assessment information system for compensation mechanism reform based on business requirements of primary health care institutions, in order to achieve efficient and accurate performance evaluation. Requirement framework, technical framework, main functions and application status of the information system are introduced. The internal and external assessment processes based on information system are presented. Take Shengzhou City as an example, data acquisition and statistical analysis process and achievements are analyzed. The practice shows that the performance assessment information system for compensation mechanism reform greatly improves the transparency of assessment process and the credibility of assessment results.
