Construction of wuhans grass-roots medical and health service System after the epidemic: From the perspective of stakeholders

  Abstract: The community-level medical and health service system is the focus of Chinas medical and health system reform. Nowadays, there are still many outstanding problems. The COVID-19 epidemic shows the importance and urgency of community-level medical and health system. In this paper, combining the survey in Wuhan city, firstly, we combed the stakeholder model. And then we analyzed the main problems of basic medical and health service system and the reasons from the perspective of stakeholders. Finally, we put forward several strategies of how to perfect the basic medical and health service system.
