Abstract: The 2019-nCoV raging in the present, the portrait system can provide effective reference for epidemic prevention and control. Using big data technology, a portrait system model with a three-layer architecture of basic data layer, data analysis layer and information service layer was constructed, and a multi-role labeling system was designed for residents, communities, hospitals, work organizations and administrative regions at various levels. GIS technology is used in the model to visually reflect the epidemic situation of the whole society from the micro and macro aspects, which can provide data panoramic support for epidemic announcement, monitoring, screening, analysis, early warning, prevention and control.
