Abstract: Sports, as a kind of social activity that can enhance the quality of human body, is constantly satisfying people's desire for a healthy life.But sports are risky. Excessive exercise or exercise load intensity is too high, will cause sports injury or exercise fatigue, or even sudden death, and the wrong way of exercise will affect people's health, causing injury to the body. Aiming at these two risks brought by sports, this paper proposes a sports monitoring and evaluation system based on Internet of things technology.This system can monitor the physiological parameters related to the heart rate, blood oxygen and respiratory rate in real time, and evaluate the physical fitness of the athletes through these indicators, so that the athletes can timely regulate the intensity of exercise.In addition, the system's exercise load warning function and exercise prescription service can more effectively help athletes avoid exercise risk and assist them to achieve the ideal exercise effect.In addition, this paper also describes several applicable fields of the system, in order to expect its better application.
