  Abstract: With the rapid development of the Internet, network and information technology are widely developed and applied in various fields. Nowadays, it is an inevitable development tendency to solve the problems that lie in higher education by using Internet information technology. This article has a related discussion on the problems that exist in the construction of China university education information cloud platform,its advantages, the basic of building and how to build the cloud platform.
