Abstract: The application of blockchain technology in electronic medical record system can realize resource sharing, patient privacy protection, reduce patients economic burden and access to telemedicine services. Digital signature, asymmetric encryption, P2P(peer-to-peer), distributed, POW(Workload proof) and other technical standards in the blockchain are used to sign, encrypt, store and share the patients electronic medical record, so that doctors in the alliance hospital can view the patients complete electronic medical record with the authorization of the patient. The use of blockchain technology can better protect the legal effect of electronic medical records and share electronic medical records. Let the doctor analyze the patients condition from the overall perspective, and provide help for the prevention of the disease; Greatly improve the privacy security of patients, let patients master their own diagnosis and treatment information, prevent patients from excessive medical treatment. Thus, a larger blockchain ecology can be formed and a virtuous cycle that can be steadily developed for a long time can be formed.
