Abstract: In this study, we had achieved the collection of people’s health data in various regions, through the construction of electronic data capture system. The design and construction of the entire system were explained from the aspects of business process, network architecture and functional modules. Besides, the system mainly includes information management platform, questionnaire collection module, quality control, follow-up management, data statistics etc.
