Research on knowledge organization of decision support in precision medicine

  Abstract: Knowledge organization is an important part of clinical decision support system (CDSS), which is equivalent to the central nervous system of CDSS. Through comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign medical knowledge organization system, in-depth study of pm-cdss system characteristics, knowledge concept and semantic relationship construction, this study constructs a precise medical knowledge organization system suitable for pm-cdss, and improves the diagnosis and treatment effect and efficiency of clinical decision-making system.
