Abstract: The usage intention of the information system is the most important factor of the successful implementation of the information system. It is necessary to study the influencing factors of the behavior intention of the chronic disease information management system. Based on the integration model of technology acceptance model and task-technology fit, we introduces four variables of task-technology fit, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and behavior intention, to build a research model and explore the impact factors that medical staff use chronic disease information management system. It was found that task-technology fit, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use all have a positive effect on behavior intention. Meanwhile, task-technology fit can also indirectly affect behavior intention by affecting perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Therefore, We can develop and design the chronic disease information management system from the perspective of task-technology fit, and improve the systems perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, so as to increase medical workers willingness and the efficiency of chronic disease information systems, and finally to achieve the goal of improving the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.
