Research on the Quality and Countermeasures of Electronic Medical Record Data

    Abstract: The existing electronic medical record system is in a transitional period from basic to mature. The quality of electronic medical record data directly affects medical decision-making or management decision-making. Aiming at the current imbalanced regional development of clinical electronic medical records, the shortage of hardware facilities, and the lack of ideas and cognition, this article evaluates the data quality in many aspects, and analyzes the data from field research and collection of clinical electronic medical records, and proposes relevant preventive solution. First, by establishing a hospital operation data center, improving the hospital integration platform center, starting from the purpose of practical construction, optimizing the business process of medical institutions to improve the efficiency of data. Secondly, it provides service bus mode and log monitoring to trace the steps of medical data transmission and processing. Finally, at the grassroots level, low-cost data sharing methods are used to coordinate the structural contradictions between large and small medical institutions and manufacturers to help develop and improve the quality of electronic medical records.
