Abstract: Objective / Significance To collect and analyze the relevant literature on the field of open sharing of electronic health records at home and abroad, so as to understand the research progress and future research trend of open sharing of electronic health records at home and abroad, so as to provide reference and Enlightenment for the research and development of Archival science and practice. Methods / Process by using the methods of literature analysis and knowledge mapping visualization analysis, the annual number of papers published, the main research contents, cooperation characteristics and research hotspots in the field of open sharing of electronic health records at home and abroad from 2010 to 2020 were compared and visualized, and the future research trend was prospected. Results / Conclusions In addition to different research contents, strengthening the protection of patients privacy information and introducing new technologies to protect the authenticity and security of EHR data are the common points of relevant research at home and abroad. The value mining of EHR data, the utilization of EHR services, and the privacy and security of EHR open sharing are the common points of relevant researches at home and abroad.The impact of full protection and emerging digital technology equipment on the open sharing of electronic health records data will become a research hotspot in the next few years.
