Research Status and Hotspots of Hierarchical Diagnosis System on CiteSpace

Abstract: Objective To understand the research status and hotspots of hierarchical diagnosis system in China, and to provide a reference for the theoretical research work and practical operation of hierarchical diagnosis system. Methods Literature published in CNKI core collection database from 2012 to the end of December 2019 were searched and imported into CiteSpace software for analysis. Results There were a total of 719 documents, and the number of publications showed a rising trend. The research hotspots were community health services, regional medical association, medical and health system reform, two-way referral system, and health education. With Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Xuzhou Medical University as the main research institutions, there is a lack of exchanges and cooperation between scholars from various institutions. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen research exchanges and cooperation, and the government to increase investment in the system construction.
