Abstract: Purpose The construction of teaching video resource database is one of the important means to promote educational technology. Designing such a resource management system can not only make full use of the teaching resources accumulated over years, but we can also face various emergencies such as 2019-nCoV epidemic without delaying normal teaching. Method This paper designs a set of teaching resource database models, interviewing front-line teachers and teaching managers from aspects of daily use experience, demand level, improving utilization rate and teaching effect. Conclusions Combining the characteristics of medical teaching and the current situation of video resource management, attempt to put forward a design of a resource library suitable for the medical colleges, give full play to the advantages of video resources, and make full use of modern educational technology.
