Thoughts on strengthening humanistic education in clinical teaching of ultrasound department

• 摘要：随着医疗技术的飞速发展，人民的身体健康水平明显提高，但是，内心的就医体验却呈下降趋势，医患矛盾越来越多，分析其背后的原因很大程度上是就医过程中人文精神的不足。回归初心，增加医学的温度是时代对医学的呼唤。学生是医学的未来，从临床实习的第一天就把人文教育放在第一位，对医学未来的健康发展至关重要。超声科作为辅助科室，由于与患者接触时间短，较临床相比人文意识更为淡薄，在临床带教过程中人文意识明显不足；同时，作为学生实习的必要科室，超声科肩负着培养德才兼备医学人才的重要使命。本文首先从学生、带教教师及超声科自身的特点等方面分析了带教现状，然后针对不足的原因分别探讨了具体的改进方法，明确了临床带教需要努力的方向。

  Abstract: With the rapid development of medical technology, peoples physical health level has been significantly improved, but the inner medical experience has shown a downward trend, and there are more and more doctor-patient conflicts. The reasons behind this are largely attributed to the lack of humanistic care for patients in the process of medical treatment. Increasing the temperature of medicine is an important issue that medical departments need to pay attention to. As an important department for medical students practice, ultrasound department should pay more attention to students humanistic education in addition to improving its own humanistic quality. It is of great significance to establish a solid humanistic concept in the first step of medical students to promote their personal growth, improve the doctor-patient relationship and the long-term healthy development of medicine. Based on the characteristics of daily work of ultrasound department, this paper discusses the concrete methods of enhancing humanistic education in clinical teaching.
