    Abstract: Electrocardiogram collection and image reading analysis are one of the key clinical skills to be assessed in the standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine resident physicians.For the special characteristics of electrocardiography and the short training time, we have designated a teaching teacher after enrollment to cultivate the interest and importance of resident physicians. Based on the combination of diversified teaching methods and the characteristics of resident physician learning, we tailor teaching according to individual needs, with a focus on electrocardiographic diagnosis learning and a combination of theory and practice. We have developed a scientific and reasonable assessment system for leaving the department, ultimately improving the physicians ability to read and diagnose images and laying the foundation for cultivating high-quality clinical medical talents.
