Abstract: Standardized training for resident physicians is an important way to cultivate young doctors and reserve medical talents in China. Since its implementation, it has achieved remarkable results. However, there are still some problems in the specific practice process. The First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University has set up full-time teaching assistant positions to assist the professional training bases in improving the training efficiency and quality, and has achieved certain effects. During the operation of the full-time teaching assistant positions, it is suggested to enhance the professionalism, stability and management efficiency of the position by increasing professional training, establishing an effective assessment system and incentive mechanism, and increasing the recognition and cooperation of teaching instructors and resident physicians, providing new ideas for improving the quality of standardized residency training.
