Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the standardized training of critical care medicine residents under the mode of multidisciplinary team (MDT). Methods: A total of 80 residents in standardized training rotation were selected for this study. Enrollment period: August 2023 through August 2024. Grouping measures: They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The students in the study group were given PBL combined with CBL teaching mode under multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment, and the students in the control group were given traditional teaching measures. Results: Compared with the control group, the clinical comprehensive ability evaluation results of the study group were higher (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the study group, P<0.05, and the statistical results were significant. Conclusion: PBL and CBL teaching mode under multidisciplinary team mode has a good teaching effect, and has a high application value in the standardized training of critical care medicine residents.
