Abstract: Objective To analyze the application effect of the anesthesia ultrasound teaching mode of flipped classroom and bedside technology enhanced training on the ability of interns to identify brachial plexus nerves. Method 30 interns who interned in the Anesthesiology Department of our hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group (n=15) and an experimental group (n=15) according to the teaching method. The control group used traditional teaching methods, while the experimental group used a flipped classroom combined with bedside technology reinforcement training method. The teaching effect was evaluated by comparing the theoretical knowledge scores, bedside technology assessment scores, questionnaire surveys, and teacher-student satisfaction of the two groups of students. Perform data analysis using chi square test, t-test, and Mann Whitney U test. Results The written test assessment scores, bedside operation DOPS scores, questionnaire survey ability evaluations, and teacher-student satisfaction of the experimental group interns were all higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Flipped classroom and intensive training are helpful for interns to master the theoretical knowledge of brachial plexus nerve under ultrasound guidance and improve their bedside skills.
