    Abstract: : Objective: To explore the of digital platform combined with flipped classroom in systematic anatomy teaching. Methods: 68 students from Class 1 of the 2023 clinical undergraduate program of school were selected as the experimental group, and 65 students from Class 2 were selected as the control group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, the experimental group adopted the three-step teaching method of digital platform combined with flipped classroom. The theoretical scores, routine scores, and total scores of the two groups were compared. Results: The theoretical scores and total scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05), and the questionnaire showed that the students had a high satisfaction with the new teaching mode. Conclusion: The teaching mode of combining Guohope Cloud Anatomy digital platform with flipped classroom can the teaching quality of systematic anatomy.
