Abstract: Human anatomy knowledge is an important part of biomedical knowledge, and its standardized and formalized expression lays the foundation for the expression of microscopic and macroscopic knowledge such as physiology, pathology, and disease. By comparing the design patterns, classification and mapping (database cross reference) of three mainstream anatomical ontologies of SCT, Uberon and FMA on organs, analyzing their similarities and differences in organ classification, term mapping, expression of laterality and bilaterality, etc., to provide some reference for the research and construction of anatomical ontology in other fields.
