Abstract: Take tuberculosis related medical books published by People’s Medical Publishing House as resource, this study designed a standard schema for medical book knowledge graph, extracted entities, relations and properties from semi-structured XML data, and constructed a hierarchy medical book knowledge graph. The evidence-based graph construction method was investigated to provide hints for domestic medical book graph construction work and to provide supports for medical education innovation.
