Research progress on acupuncture regulation of asthma kinase related pathways

  Abstract: In recent years, research on acupuncture treatment of asthma kinase related pathways has become increasingly abundant. These pathways mainly include mitogen activated protein kinase (mitogen-activated protein kinase，MAPK), phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase/protein kinase B (phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase/protein kinase B，PI3K/Akt), adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase (AMP-activated protein kinase，AMPK), and tyrosine protein kinase (janus kinase，JAK) pathways, which mainly inhibit airway inflammation and remodeling. Therefore, this article summarizes and analyzes the literature on acupuncture regulation of kinase related pathways in recent years, in order to provide reference for clinical decision-making and provide ideas for further research on acupuncture regulation of asthma kinase related signaling pathways.
