Abstract: Physical fitness science has become a key area of TCM research in recent years. According to traditional Chinese medicine, everyones constitution is different, and these physical differences will lead to different symptoms and prognosis in the face of the same disease. According to the epidemiological survey, Yang deficiency constitution has the highest proportion in the population, and it has a wide disease spectrum. Therefore, it has become an important way to improve the quality of TCM care by using the core concept of TCM care to the patients with different physique. As a new type of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing operation, the function of dredging meridians and removing cold and dampness is conducive to enhancing Yang Qi in patients with Yang deficiency, so as to improve the physique. Therefore, this paper summarizes the intervention of Yang deficiency quality disease, in order to provide help for clinical TCM conditioning Yang deficiency quality.
