Abstract: Objective The purpose of this study is to comprehensively review the construction of quality evaluation indicators for “Internet+nursing services” in China, understand the current research status in this field, and provide reference for clinical practice and research. Methods Based on the JBI scoping review guidelines, a comprehensive search was conducted in PubMed, Web of Science, CNKI, WanFang Data, VIP databases, and Chinese Biomedical Database and Chinese Medical Journal Full-text Database, covering the period from August 2018 to August 2023. Results A total of 25 studies were included and analyzed. According to the three-dimensional quality theory model, the evaluation indicators were classified and counted, with a cumulative mention of 617 times. Among them, structural quality indicators were mentioned 274 times (44.4%), process quality indicators 252 times (40.8%), and outcome quality indicators 91 times (14.7%). High-frequency indicators included comprehensive rules and regulations, satisfaction of patients/caregivers, comprehensive service equipment and supplies, compliance with specialized nursing standards, and qualified nursing personnel access. The current research on the construction of evaluation indicators has certain limitations, lacking indicators related to specialized nursing quality and patient health outcomes. Conclusion The current quality evaluation system for “Internet + nursing services” still needs to be further improved. Future research should standardize the names and contents of evaluation indicators, ensure their scientificity and feasibility, and strengthen their clinical application verification to promote the sustainable and healthy development of “Internet+nursing services”.
