Study on the influencing factors of Internet hospital service quality

  Abstract: Objective: Through the study of the quality of Internet hospital service, the factors affecting the quality of Internet hospital service are found out, which provides the basis for the improvement of Internet hospital service level. Method: To construct the theoretical model of service quality evaluation of Internet hospitals, and analyze the satisfaction of patients with the quality of service of Internet hospitals and the influencing factors by means of online questionnaire survey. Methods: Based on the quality model of SERVQUAL service, combined with the characteristics of Internet hospitals, the hypothesis model of Internet hospital service quality was constructed, the survey data was collected by questionnaire survey, the data were analyzed and the hypothetical model was analyzed by Spass and AMOS tools, and the factors and reasons affecting the quality of service connected to the hospital were analyzed. Conclusion: There is some reference value for improving the quality of Internet hospital service and formulating relevant standards.
