A scoping review of quality management and evaluation indicators research for “Internet＋Nursing Services”

• 摘要：目的 综述国内“互联网＋护理服务”质量评价指标的构建研究，了解该领域的研究现状，为临床实践和研究提供参考依据。方法 基于JBI范围综述指南，检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库、维普和中国生物医学数据库和中华医学期刊全文数据库。检索时限为2018年8月至2023年8月。结果 共纳入25篇文献，依据质量三维理论模型对评价指标进行分类与统计，各项评价指标累计提及617次；其中，结构质量指标274次（44.4%）、过程质量指标252次（40.8%）、结果质量指标91次（14.7%）。高频次指标包括规章制度完善、患者/照护者服务满意度、服务设备与物品种类齐全、按护理操作遵循专科标准及护理人员准入资质。目前研究中评价指标的构建存在一定局限性，缺乏专科护理质量和患者健康结局方面的评价指标。结论 目前“互联网＋护理服务”质量评价体系尚需进一步完善。未来研究应规范评价指标的名称和内容，确保指标的科学性与可行性，并加强其临床应用验证，以促进“互联网＋护理服务”的持续健康发展。

  Abstract: Objective The purpose of this study is to comprehensively review the construction of quality evaluation indicators for “Internet＋nursing services” in China, understand the current research status in this field, and provide reference for clinical practice and research. Methods Based on the JBI scoping review guidelines, a comprehensive search was conducted in PubMed, Web of Science, CNKI, WanFang Data, VIP databases, and Chinese Biomedical Database and Chinese Medical Journal Full-text Database, covering the period from August 2018 to August 2023. Results A total of 25 studies were included and analyzed. According to the three-dimensional quality theory model, the evaluation indicators were classified and counted, with a cumulative mention of 617 times. Among them, structural quality indicators were mentioned 274 times (44.4%), process quality indicators 252 times (40.8%), and outcome quality indicators 91 times (14.7%). High-frequency indicators included comprehensive rules and regulations, satisfaction of patients/caregivers, comprehensive service equipment and supplies, compliance with specialized nursing standards, and qualified nursing personnel access. The current research on the construction of evaluation indicators has certain limitations, lacking indicators related to specialized nursing quality and patient health outcomes. Conclusion The current quality evaluation system for “Internet + nursing services” still needs to be further improved. Future research should standardize the names and contents of evaluation indicators, ensure their scientificity and feasibility, and strengthen their clinical application verification to promote the sustainable and healthy development of “Internet＋nursing services”.
