  Abstract: Purpose/Significance To provide guidance for understanding the current status of elderly service quality evaluation research and constructing a nationally unified elderly service quality standard, rating and certification system. Methods/Process This paper selects the hot topics of domestic senior care service quality evaluation research during the period of 2013-2023, and reviews the whole process of elderly care service quality evaluation from the basic theoretical research, evaluation system construction, evaluation process and tools, etc. Results/Conclusions Chinas elderly care service quality evaluation research is still in the preliminary exploration stage, there are many problems such as single research perspective, emphasis on empirical evidence rather than theory, and homogenization of research models, etc.
