Abstract: [关键词]脊柱手术;瑞马唑仑;麻醉苏醒期;安全性;[]Spinal surgery, characterized by special positioning, significant trauma, and a high proportion of elderly patients, is prone to complications such as hemodynamic fluctuations, cognitive dysfunction, and agitation during the postoperative recovery period, posing higher requirements for post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) monitoring. As a novel ultra-short-acting benzodiazepine drug, remimazolam demonstrates significant value in postoperative recovery management for spinal surgery patients due to its advantages of rapid metabolism, hemodynamic stability, and controllable sedation. Based on recent clinical studies, this article systematically reviews the application effects of remimazolam in the postoperative recovery period of spinal surgery patients, its impact on recovery quality and cognitive function, as well as targeted monitoring strategies in PACU, including sedation depth monitoring, hemodynamic maintenance, and complication management. It also discusses pharmacodynamic influencing factors and individualized adjustment protocols, aiming to provide references for optimizing perioperative anesthesia management in clinical spinal surgery.[Keywords]Spinal Surgery; Remimazolam; Post-Anesthesia Recovery Period;security
