• 摘要：脊柱手术因体位特殊、创伤较大及老年患者占比高,术后苏醒期易出现血流动力学波动、认知功能障碍及躁动等并发症,对麻醉后恢复室(PACU)监护提出更高要求。瑞马唑仑作为新型超短效苯二氮?类药物,凭借快速代谢、循环稳定、镇静可控等优势,在脊柱手术术后苏醒期管理中展现出重要价值。本文系统综述瑞马唑仑在脊柱手术患者术后苏醒期的应用效果、对苏醒质量与认知功能的影响,以及PACU中的针对性监护策略,包括镇静深度监测、血流动力学维护、并发症管理等内容,并探讨其药效影响因素与个体化调整方案,旨在为临床优化脊柱手术围术期麻醉管理提供参考。

  Abstract: ［关键词］脊柱手术；瑞马唑仑；麻醉苏醒期；安全性；［］Spinal surgery, characterized by special positioning, significant trauma, and a high proportion of elderly patients, is prone to complications such as hemodynamic fluctuations, cognitive dysfunction, and agitation during the postoperative recovery period, posing higher requirements for post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) monitoring. As a novel ultra-short-acting benzodiazepine drug, remimazolam demonstrates significant value in postoperative recovery management for spinal surgery patients due to its advantages of rapid metabolism, hemodynamic stability, and controllable sedation. Based on recent clinical studies, this article systematically reviews the application effects of remimazolam in the postoperative recovery period of spinal surgery patients, its impact on recovery quality and cognitive function, as well as targeted monitoring strategies in PACU, including sedation depth monitoring, hemodynamic maintenance, and complication management. It also discusses pharmacodynamic influencing factors and individualized adjustment protocols, aiming to provide references for optimizing perioperative anesthesia management in clinical spinal surgery.［Keywords］Spinal Surgery; Remimazolam; Post-Anesthesia Recovery Period；security
