Clinical application study of GUI PI Mixture combined with iron sucrose and hemagase of White Eyebrow Snake venom for Injection in reducing perioperative blood loss during orthopetic surgery for senile degenerative scoliosis

• 摘要：目的:探讨归脾合剂联合蔗糖铁和注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶对减少老年退行性脊柱侧弯矫形术围手术期失血的临床效果。方法:2023.03-2025.03纳入70例老年退行性脊柱侧弯矫形术患者,按随机数字表法分配至对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组患者接受老年DS矫形术患者的围术期失血常规血液干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上加入归脾合剂。对比两组患者的实验室失血指标水平,术中失血量、输血量、输血率,术后不良反应发生情况,术后脊柱功能的差异。结果:术后24小时及7天检测显示,观察组RBC、HB、HCT水平均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)；术中失血量、输血量及输血率三项指标均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。术后两组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P＞0.05),但术后1月随访显示观察组ODI、NRS评分改善幅度均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论:归脾合剂联合蔗糖铁和注射用白眉蛇毒血凝酶可减少老年退行性脊柱侧弯矫形术围手术期失血,优化术后脊柱功能。

  Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical effect of GUI PI Mixture combined with iron sucrose and hemocoagulase of white Eyebrow snake venom for injection on reducing perioperative blood loss in orthopetic surgery for senile degenerative scoliosis. Methods: From March 2023 to March 2025., 70 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery for senile degenerative scoliosis were included and randomly assigned to control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. Patients in control group received routine blood intervention for perioperative blood loss in elderly DS orthopedic patients, while patients in observation group were added with GUI PI Mixture on basis of control group. The differences in laboratory blood loss index levels, intraoperative blood loss, blood transfusion volume, blood transfusion rate, occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions, and postoperative spinal function were compared between two groups. Result: The tests at 24 hours and 7 days after operation showed that levels of RBC, HB and HCT in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Three indicators of intraoperative blood loss, blood transfusion volume and blood transfusion rate were all significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups after operation(P>0.05), but 1-month follow-up after operation showed that the improvement amplitudes of ODI and NRS scores in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: GUI PI Mixture combined with iron sucrose and hemagglutinin from White Eyebrow snake venom for injection can reduce perioperative blood loss during orthopetic surgery for senile degenerative scoliosis and optimize postoperative spinal function.
