Abstract: : Cardiac surgery-related acute kidney injury (CSA-AKI) is a common complication after cardiac surgery, with a complex pathophysiology involving multiple factors, making early diagnosis difficult. There is no definitive and effective treatment protocol at present. Given the high incidence, high mortality rate, and significant social and economic burden of CSA-AKI, this systematic review aims to provide an overview of the pathophysiological mechanisms and diagnostic advancements of CSA-AKI, with the hope of providing a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis and intervention of CSA-AKI in clinical practice.
