Abstract: Tumor immune metabolic reprogramming plays a key role in the formation and development of the tumor microenvironment. Chinese medicine, with its advantages of holistic regulation and multi-target intervention, provides a unique theoretical basis and therapeutic strategy for regulating the immune metabolism of tumors. Traditional Chinese medicine effectively improves the immune microenvironment and enhances the anti-tumor immune response by regulating the metabolic pathways of tumor cells, promoting the metabolic functions of immune cells, and inhibiting the metabolic activity of immunosuppressive cells. The synergistic effects of multiple components in traditional Chinese medicine achieve dual regulation of metabolism and immunity, involving the regulation of key enzymes and immune signaling pathways, reflecting the overall advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating complex metabolic networks.
