A Research on the Construction of a Case Epidemiological Portrait Labeling System for Respiratory Infectious Diseases

• 摘要：摘要：目的：构建个案流行病学标签体系，为非结构化流行病学调查信息的结构化处理提供分级分类规范化标引。方法：以4种呼吸道传染病病例个案调查表为研究对象，以等级列举式分类法和分面组配式分类法为主要研究方法。结果：构建了包含一、二级标签分类和类目标签及其属性定义的呼吸道传染病个案流行病学画像标签体系。并通过示范场景应用，探讨了标签体系的可用性。结论：本研究实践了构建标签体系的完整技术路线，构建的标签体系可用于流行病学调查过程中提取个案流行病学特征，为个案流行病学画像、病例间传播及相互关系的信息关联匹配提供动态标注的解决方案，为进一步构建知识图谱提供流行病学调查信息分级分类的基础。

  Abstract: ABSTRACT: Objective: Constructing a case epidemiological labeling system to provide standardized index for hierarchical classification for the structured processing of unstructured epidemiological survey information. Methods: The individual survey questionnaires of four respiratory infectious disease was used as the study object， and the grade enumerative classification and faceted classification are the main research methods Results: A Case epidemiology portrait labeling system for respiratory infectious diseases containing primary and secondary label classification, category labeling and their attribute definition. And the usability of the label system was explored by three demonstration scenario applications. Conclusion: This study practiced the complete technical route to construct the labeling system, and the constructed label system can be used to extract epidemiological features of cases during epidemiological investigation, provide a dynamic annotation solution for case epidemiological portraits, information association matching of transmission and interrelationship among cases, and provide a basis for further construction of knowledge graphs for hierarchical classification of flow epidemiological survey information.
