Study on Individual Health Portrait Based on Human Body Characteristics Information Label

• 摘要：目的通过人体特征信息标签建立个体健康画像，刻画个体健康状况，为个人健康管理服务。方法基于SRHMS量表，从人口统计特征、生理健康、心理健康、社会健康四个方面、九个维度构建个体健康画像标签体系。通过问卷调查采集数据，计算变量得分，获得平均健康状况，并将受试者与调查样本平均健康状况进行对比，采用可视化展示个体健康画像。结果实证检验表明，基于人体特征信息标签的个体健康画像模型具有较好的适用性。结论构建差异化的个体健康画像，可以有效帮助居民针对自身健康状况制定和选择个体健康管理方案，辅助医生判断患者健康状况、制定诊疗方案。

  Abstract: Objective To establish an individual health portrait through human feature information tags, depict individual health status, and serve for individual health management. Methods Based on SRHMS scale, an individual health portrait label system was constructed from four aspects and nine dimensions of demographic characteristics, physical health, mental health and social health. Collect data through the questionnaire survey, calculate variable scores, obtain the average health status, and compare the average health status of the subjects with the survey samples, using visual display of individual health portraits. Results The empirical test shows that the individual health portrait model based on human feature information tag has good applicability. Conclusion The construction of differentiated individual health portrait can effectively help residents to formulate and select individual health management plans according to their own health status, and assist doctors to judge patients health status and formulate diagnosis and treatment plans.
