Research on Health Information Attention Behavior of WeChat Users Based on grounded theory

• 摘要：本研究旨在探索微信平台中用户的健康信息关注行为,并构建微信用户健康信息关注行为理论模型,为健康类微信平台优化信息服务提供参考。通过对22位微信用户进行半结构化访谈,运用扎根理论进行编码分析,最终提炼了19个子范畴及5个主范畴。结果发现,微信用户的健康信息关注行为包括关注动机、信息渠道、影响因素、关注表现和关注反馈5个阶段,且总体属于单一的线性过程。微信用户的信息关注行为受到个人因素、时间因素、内容呈现方式和健康信息意识的影响。

  Abstract: The purpose of this research is to explore health information attention behavior of WeChat users and build a theoretical model of WeChat user health information attention behavior. We would like to provide a reference for WeChat platform to optimize information services. This research conducted semi-structured interviews with 22 WeChat users, and grounded theory was used for coding analysis. We have come up with 19 sub-categories and 5 categories. The study found, the health information attention behaviors of WeChat users include five stages: Motivation of attention, information channels, Influencing Factors, Focus on Performance and Focus on Feedback,and is a linear process. The information attention behavior of WeChat users is affected by personal factors, time factors, content presentation and health information awareness.
