• 摘要：“十四五”背景下，医学信息化发展具有重要的战略地位，这也对医学信息化人才培养提出了新的要求。文章分析了“十四五”时期高校加强医学信息化人才培养体系构建的重要现实意义，阐述当前我国众多高校医学信息化人才培养体系的代表性问题，从理论教育体系、实践教育体系以及教育保障体系三方面提出可行性策略，以求在新时期强化医学信息化人才储备供应，加快医疗卫生事业信息化发展。

  Abstract: Under the background of the 14th five year plan, the development of medical informatization has an important strategic position, which also puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of medical informatization talents. This paper analyzes the important practical significance of strengthening the construction of medical informatization talent training system in Colleges and universities during the 14th Five Year Plan period, expounds the representative problems of medical informatization talent training system in many colleges and universities in China, and puts forward feasible strategies from three aspects: theoretical education system, practical education system and education guarantee system, In order to strengthen the reserve and supply of medical informatization talents in the new era and speed up the development of medical and health informatization.
