Medication Control and Service System Construction in the Development of Hospital Pharmacy Information

• 摘要：本文通过分析目前药房信息化的建设情况和药房在医院临床实际业务,从药师和患者两位用户角度出发,建设一种全流程药物管理的临床信息化服务体系。在该信息化建设体系下,1.药品医嘱开立得到全面的信息化监测；2.药师在线上审核电子处方,并就存疑处方与医师在线上进行沟通；3.通过互联网技术为患者提供线用药指导服务；4.对全院处方进行专科抽样,进行线上点评与推送。

  Abstract: This article analyzes the current pharmacy information construction situation and the actual clinical business of the pharmacy in the hospital, from the perspective of the pharmacist and the patient, build a clinical information service system for the whole process of drug management. Under this informatization construction system, 1. The issuance of medical orders for medicines is fully informatized and monitored; 2. The pharmacist reviews electronic prescriptions online, and communicates with doctors on suspected prescriptions online; 3. Provides online access to patients through Internet technology Medication guidance service; 4. Specialist sampling of prescriptions in the whole hospital, online comment and push.
