Research on the Current Situation and Development Strategies of provincial Chinese medicine data center construction

• 摘要：为了解我国省级中医药数据中心的建设现状,并探求未来的发展对策,基于“十四五”中医药信息化高质量发展研究项目,通过系统在线填报方式收集到31家省级中医药数据中心信息化建设现状调查数据。调查发现现行省级中医药数据中心存在组织管理体系不够完善、专业人才配备和经费投入不足和互联互通接口开放程度不高等问题,研究提出完善组织管理体系、加强专业人才培养、加大经费投入和制定互联互通接口开放规范等建议。

  Abstract: In order to understand the current situation of the construction of provincial traditional Chinese medicine data centers in China and explore future development countermeasures, based on the research project of high-quality development of TCM informatization in the 14th five-year Plan period, the survey data of 31 provincial traditional Chinese medicine data centers were collected through systematic online reporting.Survey found that the current provincial data center of traditional Chinese medicine lie in the imperfection of the organizational management system, professional personnel and funds investment shortage and connectivity interface open degree is not high, to study and put forward improving the organization and management system, strengthen professional personnel training, increase the funds investment and develop open interconnectivity interface specification.
