Research on Talent Training Scheme Based on The Current Situation and Demand of Medical Informatization Talents

• 摘要：目的：探析医疗信息化人才建设的现状，根据需求提出有效促进医疗信息化人才建设的可效方案。方法：对中国医院协会信息管理专业委员会（CHIMA）发布的《2018-2019年医院信息化状况调研报告》中人才建设数据和华西医院信息中心现有人员情况均进行整理与分析。结果：医疗信息化人才建设正面临意识不足、人力资源短缺和专业人才缺乏的现状，有效的信息化人才建设方案需满足医院、部门、患者和个人等四个方面的需求。结论：提出从岗位设置、考核机制、继续教育体系、专项建设、人文关怀五个方面出发实现专业化、高水平、多层次的医疗信息化人才建设的方案，为推动医院信息化建设和同行人才培养方面提供一定参考。

  Abstract: Objective: This paper analyzes the current situation of medical informatization talents construction, and puts forward effective schemes to effectively promote the construction of medical informatization talents. Methods: Based on the data of talent construction in the investigation report on hospital informatization in 2018-2019 issued by the information management professional committee of China Hospital Association (CHIMA) West China Hospital Information Center of the existing personnel were collated and analyzed. Results: The construction of medical informatization talents is facing the current situation of lack of consciousness, human resources and professional talents. The effective informatization talent construction scheme needs to meet the needs of hospitals, departments, patients and individuals. Conclusion: This paper puts forward a plan to realize professional, high-level and multi-level medical informatization talents construction from five aspects of post setting, assessment mechanism, continuing education system, special construction and humanistic care, so as to provide certain reference for promoting hospital informatization construction and talent cultivation of peers.
