The Situation and Reflection of Health Information Management Talent Training in Universities in China in The New Situation

• 摘要：通过对国内高校卫生信息管理专业人才培养的现状及问题进行总结和分析，发现高校对该专业的人才培养存在专业定位模糊、专业认可度低、课程设置不合理等一系列问题。随着我国信息化进程的推进，社会对卫生信息管理人员的需求大与高校人才供给少、质量低相矛盾，国家急需一批具有医学、信息学、管理学以及计算机科学交叉背景的高素质复合型人才从事与卫生信息领域相关的工作。因此，高校应重点从专业建设、培养目标、课程设置、师资力量等方面对卫生信息管理专业人才培养的模式进行改革，加快向社会输送卫生信息管理高素质人才，进而为我国医疗保健水平的提高和卫生信息化的进一步发展提供动力。

  Abstract: Through the summary and analysis of the current situation and problems in the training of health information management talent training in domestic colleges and universities, it is found that there are a series of problems in the training of health information management talent training in colleges and universities, such as fuzzy professional positioning, low professional recognition, unreasonable curriculum. Along with our country the advancement of information technology, social demand for health information management major and the talent supply, low quality, fewer countries in urgent need of a batch of medical science, informatics, management and cross background of high-quality composite personnel engaged in the computer science related to the field of health information construction and management. Therefore, the colleges and universities should focus on professional construction, training objectives, curriculum and faculty of health information management talent training mode reform, speed up the social transmission of health information management of high-quality talent, and for the improvement of Chinas health care and health information to the further development of the power.
